I don't think you can buy it but you can buy sheet rubber (I worked in the rubber industry so no jokes about being big in industrial rubber).
I took mine off before the transit bent my S1 Roadster. I might still have it , I'll let you know.
Also a good neeoprene glue & some patches should work
