This is interesting.
I have my 2014 4/4 on a C-TEC conditioner. I plan to change the battery over the winter as I have never had a battery make 10 years without problems and so change them on 9 years as a matter of course.
My 2012 Discovery 4 which is used at least once a week is on its second battery - changed the old one out as a precaution at 9 years old as is my habit. It has never had a charger connected.
