MogCX, They are the numbers quoted by our NZ friends and it sounds like they are in the know.

Check with Morgan just what the spec should be and where it is measured.
In any case, you should have a minimum of 100mm ground clearance (preferably when loaded) at ANY point under the car.
You should be able to drive your vehicle over a 100mm lip on an inspection pit and not touch.
Check with your local authority as they may have additional requirements i.e. driving over a specific rise.
