Der Kontaktring sitzt normalerweise in einem isolierenden Kunststoffträger. Dieser „Träger“ ist so gearbeitet das der Kontaktring einrastet.
So wie Dein Kontaktring aussieht hat da mal jemand improvisiert.
Kunststoff und Metall klebt man mit jedem beliebigen Kontaktkleber (Pattex).

But your contactring looks a little strange, as a bad DIY.
If you‘ve got the original plastic/metalconstruction every clue will work, the best in my eyes would be Pattex.
