I cannot see why the handbrake would make as much difference as this.
I would try one of the other wheels to see if you have the same problem. If it’s only this wheel, then maybe remove the bleed nipple completely to see if there is a blockage either in the nipple itself or in the cylinder outlet.
On the other hand, if all wheels exhibit the same issue and you are using a plain tube to bleed rather than a valve, then it points to an issue with the master cylinder.


Think I've solved it. Bled the drivers rear, no problem, then problem came back on the front drivers side after no problems with the front rear. Think the pressure of my set up was causing the tube to twist, and in doing so, nipping the nipple closed fractionally. Adjusted it, then no problems.
