I think the thread on the S2 had a slightly different ending - £40k to the seller and the auction boys get a large G&T with the sellers wallet losing £56k ?
I agree re the BM parts being solid and probably available (even if via the breakers yard recently provided online store) for some time.
Elements like the infamous fuse box, window lifters, head lamp mounts, wheels, suspension elements will be more interesting.
To be fair any low volume, largely hand built, specialist car will have some issues. The difference will be in the manufacturer's commitment.
Bits for the Trads should remain simple and so not a major fuzzy ache to sort, bits for the aero could turn out to be more of a ride. I still say we need to take out life insurance on SimonH.
If the S2 handed me £56k personally and the Coupe £200k and spares as well as skills in the servicing bay turn to poop I may not be called the Loony with the Morgan problem at the office anymore.
