I have asked for a Sakuto kitchen knife, Damascus blade with abalone handle/ I love my cooking and a decent knife is essential.

I've been dropping hints all year about a decent set of knives, rather than the mix & match collection that's been collected over the years. I'm not sure I've been heard though.:-(
Other than surprise knives, buyers for both my cars would be a great present.
