Steve was the face of Morgan, a very good and likeable chap and I wish him well in his next endeavor.
I think he will fare far better than the company will with his resignation, it does not look well for the future of MMC IMHO as they have lost the rudder expect prices to reach the roof shortly and the rest will become history in short order as lack of effective QA will catch up with them.
