I suppose a M3W would require more attention after being driven in the rain. Will I have to disassemble certain parts, blow dry them with compressed air? What about the seats?
Not really - If the inside is wet then just remove the bottom seats and mats (10 seconds) and towel dry.
We (3 x M3W's) got hit by the massive flooding in Nimes (South France) on return trip from Grindelwald back in 2021 - water coming in through floor gaps - in some places water was above bottom chassis rails - everything was absolutely soaked thru - car ran fine and when we got home 10 hours later that night just put car away into garage and waited till morning to dry it out. Next morning every car started fine and no residual affects of getting submerged the night before.
