4 years ago I had a no fault collision while insured with Admiral, Admiral settled the claim but were unable to reclaim from the other drivers insurance as the company went bust. So 4 years on I just got an e-mail from Admiral saying they were unable to refund my excess and the matter had now been sent to Admiral Law for further action AFTER 4 YEARS !!!!!
Very poor customer service Keith, I thought all the major insurers creamed off a % into a slush fund to cover clients for this sort of stuff
Personally I would never use Admiral after the total runaround from them when our daughters car was crushed and written off by a falling tree some years ago, the following year she even got an invitation to re-insure the same car with them...'nuff said
