A local power station ( now long gone) discharged warm water into adjoining estuary. The outlet was a popular place to fish. Sea water sucked in for cooling and warm water exiting.
Same thing at the now defunct Bradwell power station in Essex, the fish loved it though not sure how safe it was to eat them.
