I had the same problem when I bought my car (service book already full).

I made some replica pages, using the same font and with the numbering continuing from where the original one ended, and I printed them off double-sided to match. I carefuly removed the cover, trimmed the new pages to the exact size, and glued it all back together. That gives me ten years' worth of additional service pages. PM me (send a Private Message through TM) and I can send you the Word file so that you can create your own, including a different page header if yours has an earlier version of the "Wings" logo.
