I bought my nut& bolt restored mid 80`s +8 in 2002 as a substitute for the type of vintage "performance" sports car the likes of which I could not afford, my good lady`s first thought on viewing it was "perfect for a bit of Southern European touring," which we managed over a few years.... +8`s are wonderful cruisers for sure. As sospan suggests it is wise to avoid leaning on the loud pedal is certain conditions, I also use the best fuel available in mine, it deserves nothing less..
