Agreed.i have a 750mm bar to tighten.
Ditto and I would suggest the max length you use with a small grunt to tighten.
The MG style two ear spinner removal tool I carry in the car is shorter but with the drama of an unscheduled wheel change plus a couple of extra grunts, is just adequate to remove if previously tightened as above.
Having said that 80 lbft sounds too low for a spinner and closer to what I would expect for each of the five nuts on a flange wheel hub.
