My 1994 plus 4 has an immobiliser fitted consisting of a small plug in key fob (looks like a piece of pcb) and matching socket under the dash near steering column. It all works fine, unplugging the pub simply cuts the engine. My dilemma is this. My car is nearly 30 years old and I only have one of these pluggy in things. If it breaks or gets lost I’m stuffed. There’s no real marks on it only “Immobiliser” and I guess a reference of 1918. Any body know what make it would be, where I’d get a replacement or even if I could make one? Failing that I suppose it could be removed?
