Hi the issue with pre 22 plus six’s (and still is an issue) is that if you accelerate very hard from a standing start you wheel spin the open differential at the back. The drive train just soo s and as a consequence the car will violently fish tail - which if wet and or on a single carriage way will result in an accident.
There are no driver aids other than ABS and the rapid acceleration (and some turbo lag in low gears) catches average to poor drivers (like me) out.
I was taught on the experience day to always try to drive in sport, don’t accelerate too hard with any steering lock on and be extra careful in the rain.
After six months and a couple of sideways experiences I think I’m getting the hang of it 😊
