The fact that it often costs a lot of money to develop a car, sometime hundreds of millions can be seen as evidence in the fact that something as seemingly trivial as a stupid radiator cannot be fixed. A large manufacturer would probably be able to invest a lot of money in test runs regarding vibrations, thermal challenges, pressure, flow, ECU control etc etc. So it's not such a trivial thing to just take a radiator and put it in.
