Every 'proper' motor manufacturer spends years, millions of miles, hundreds of millions of euros/dollars/yen developing new models.
The tried and tested Morgan method for years has been build it, tweek it, fiddle with it, sell it, and then let the new owners do the development and testing work.
Legacy owners (trad owners) have always been pretty happy to go along with the old way. At £80k+ new owners rightly demand that their cars are serviceable and reliable.
