A nice day out down there yesterday, and we almost went in for a fuss with your lovely woofer, Paul..! We sat on the bench in the background for a nice coffee & danish before wearing our feet down for several hours.
Morgan have pulled out of renting that unit. Originally as a base for some tuition experience with the Plus Six, and then a hire car base, the money that the Bicester Centre charge is, shall we say, high. They were becoming part of the furniture & it's a shame they're not there, but what do I know..?
A decade down the line, the place still has that unique feel despite all the moves. It was hailed once as a 'one stop shop' where you could drag a classic wreck in & end up with a restored one. Now there's hardly any fabrication, it's a brewery, a gin shop and a detailing place, along with new buildings that house MSUK and the likes of HERO/ERA along with various sales outfits. Pre 1990 vehicles now park in the main field, with only the tarmac dividing them.
But like all punters, it's handy for me, still reasonably cheap for a day out and still nice to wander around under those autumn leaves.
Good to see your little car & woofer there.
