Well today I had my annual examination by our old NHS dentist who is now non NHS.
The buidig has been painted. New chairs to wait in & lovely TV screens to watch ads for cosmetic dentistry.
When I am in the chair she asks me what I want to do with a broken filled tooth (done by them under the NHS) as it should come out & a crown go in. Kerching I hear. Under the NHS it was fine & would see me out, they had refused effectively to do more.
Money talks obviously.
