Hi Viper, I only see that amount of water ingress if I am over enthusiastic with the hose when washing the car. Is the water ingress happening when the car is stationary, ie left outside overnight in rain or does it come in when driving in the rain?.

On the Plus Six there is a 10mm wide one piece rubber seal ( D profile) that goes from the inner upper front edge of the door along its bottom edge and then up to the height of the door catch at the rear of the door. I have found this to be quite effective, but I am unsure if this same type of seal is fitted on the Plus Four.

I did find that the side screens on our car did not follow the upper door contour very well, this can be seen if someone holds a bright light at the bottom of the outer sidescreen while you are inside, I found I had gaps of up to 10mm in the areas where the side screens slot down and secure. I purchased D section neopreme and glued them on the sidescreen alloy securing sections to seal off the gaps.

Lastly is the front of the side screen fitting well in the windscreen pillar seals?. You can get a fair amount of water through that point if the sidescreen is not fitting well.
