My stepson who lives in Jersey has sent pics and videos of the destruction there, He lost 2 trees and some slates of the roof so not too bad. Children doing schoolwork from home.
Update from Jersey police :-Winds have reached a top speed of 102mph in the last half an hour and swells of up to 9m are expected in St Ouen's Bay in the next hour. Please stay inside. It is very dangerous out there.
