This was one of the first modification I did to improve the esthetics of the ugly steering column shroud. Just shortened it to expose the whole Motolita steering boss. Then glued a front cover (splitted in two halfs, as the original shroud is) made of an old piece of printed board. Polished its copper-side. Could be also black, maybe I will spray it, a matter of taste... Later replaced the also ugly column switches. See pictures.
