What dampers do you have? SSL kits are supplied with a choice , Quantum, Spax, and possibly others
I have the Spax adjustables and on my +8 I run them on 3 clicks from full soft, but as Richard and Peter have outlined it is a question of trial and error , to suit your car and driving style .
I woild start on full soft , and go up 2 clicks at a time , and see if you detect the difference. When you get to the point at which it is definitely too hard , then back it off by first 1 click , and then a second , and you should be on the sweet spot.
