I prefer not to use my 4/4 when salt is on the roads, however I do give the car a proper ‘oily rag’ rub over each Autumn to minimise the effects of Autumn and Winter driving, which I love.
My particular oily rag is soaked in ACF50
Excellent stuff, that has proved effective over many years.
