Simple. Just create a "fun" email account with one of the free email services.

Years ago we had all of the accounts for a shared house in the name of D. Folkes so I just tried opening an email account in various variations on the name, in the end d.old.folkes@xxxx (xxxx being the provider) was accepted. I abandoned it before finishing registering the account so that one is still available laugh
