I've looked it up and it seems very confusing. Could somebody walk me through the advantages please?

Do you have to be a member to get tickets to the Members meeting in April or is it open to the public as well?
If you are a member are the tickets to the members meeting then free tickets or just discounted?

What is the fellowship and how does it compare to a full member ?

In your opinion is £85 per year fellowship good value?

Thank you in advance

To answer your questions.

Goodwood (GRRC)

You have to be a Member or a Fellow to buy tickets for the Members Meeting.
The event is not open to the general public.

There is no free entry to the Members Meeting, even with full GRRC membership.

You need to join the Fellowship first, if you want to be considered for full membership.
The current waiting list to become a full member is 3 to 4 years.

Is it good value? Not for me to say.

We love attending the Members Meeting. It is very relaxed, a great atmosphere, not crowded and has two days of amazing classic racing.
There are very few access restrictions and you can wander around the paddocks unrestricted.
Gorgeous cars competing and some equally wonderful cars in the car parks.

If you phone the Goodwood Office, they are friendly, extremely helpful and will guide you on the Fellowship. So maybe worth a call?
