^^ that's what i did on mine and it worked - went from over reading by approx 12-15% to being bang on.
I just adjusted the number that was already there by about 12% or so (can't remember the exact figure).
Current - 2013 Plus 8
Previous - 2002 Aero 8 S1, chassis number 96 - Ragusa Green Metallic
