I am one of the forum members that have posted issues we have seen with our car ( mid 2020 model ) this was undertaken to make other owners aware and also hopefully list what was done to fix the problems, so I can not comment on a 2023 model. What I can say is the failing parts of our Plus Six that were replaced with later revision parts seem to be better manufactured. So I think Morgan is learning from the ealier models and their issues, even if they are not broadcasting this.. We hope we have reached a point with our Plus Six where it is now reliable enough to tour Europe.
If I was now in the market for a Plus Six I would put together a check list from all the points raised on this forum, I would want a very close inspection of the car together with a long test period and I would use the check list as a memory aid to look at the car. As the car would be " pre loved" in one form or another, I would be looking at condition/specification vs price. Some of the Plus Six add ons are quite expensive. There is choice of cars available now, so shop wisely.
Lastly, the Plus Six when sorted is a delight to drive.
