Suggest you stay away from OE replacements Nigel as this is a very common issue with them. Most people fit these (image link) universal ones cut to suit. The material is more supple than that of OE.

Mine first leaked and then split whilst car still under warranty after just a few thousand miles. I gave a pair of these to dealer who fitted them under warranty giving me the OE replacements. No issue since five years down the road.
