Near side window hard to slide open from new . Tried silicone spray lubricant which seemed to make sliding harder ( maybe swelled seal ? ) noticed someone had mentioned trying graphite. Used a product that I had to hand which is used for lubricating door locks. Worked a treat, very effective.
