Although paint scanning is well renowned for producing paint to spray on to match existing colour, I would be very surprised if anyone would produce a very small quantity typical of touch-up paint.
Maybe I stand to be corrected?
My local paint supplier will scan and supply as little a 0.1 litre, I guess others would be the same.
