It depends a little where you are based.

My "Walbro" did not give enough pressure.
I had to go to TI Automotive - I live in France - to find how to test.
The "Walbro" has a kind of back pressure valve too.
I tested it with air-pressure and so found that it did not give enough pressure anymore.
That was one of the answers of the problems I had. But be aware problems come never alone especially not with a Morgan.
