Hi Chris,
Thanks for the advice. That seems very high compared with the previous recommended 22 PSI on Avons. I run currently at 24 PSI cold and with the very warm ambient and tarmac temps in the south of France, I suspect that soon climbs to around 27-28 hot. When in previous years I have collect my M3W from winter storage, where it was sitting at 35 PSI all winter to minimise storage flats and I have forgotten to change the pressures after the fiddle of getting it started with a flat battery and jumper leads, when someone has unplugged my battery tender, which seemed to happen ever year, it was very skittish at those pressures. My current cleaning lady is exactly the same on plugs. She never plugs things back in again after removing them to plug in the vacuum. I have had to cover some plugs (Fibre modem, Media/storage server and the WiFi distribution controller) in red sticky tape to stop her killing the internet and NAS at the house. I suspect the Blockley/Julian's recommendations might be for racing/track days, to prevent roll off.
