I would bet you need a new pair of
these and regular brake fluid changes, I did mine on the Plus 8 and it's a totally different feel.
Alternative supplier I used the ebay pair and they were quality fittings.
Any other oddments you may need for the rear end

With my Plus 8 I have a dual Librands Sports exhaust but neither drum gets much warmer than ambient fyi.
