Having glanced at a couple more of the videos it looks very much as if it could be illegal entry. Looks like any old building appearing unoccupied was entered and videos made to post.
I am a bit surprised that the channel hasn't been taken down bearing in mind the format and style clearly showing uninvited entry to buildings.
