The body will be the same, so that will fit. There can be a minor difference in the angle at which that narrower bore hose attachment point exits the main body. Some are vertical, some are angled forwards slightly.
The pulley is definitely different, and I'm not sure why the MG version has that long attachment.
I believe the pulley bolts on to the flange at the bottom of the long attachment with three bolts and the fan bolts on to the top with four bolts.
