Hi Kevin, if all external lights have stopped working I would be looking at feed to the light rocker switch. The bulbs themselves obviously require a chassis connection but doubt these would collectively fail on all four corners of the car. Below is screenshot of applicable part of main loom.

If you can trace the +12 volts power on purple wire at light switch using a multimeter set to cover 12 volts DC it should be permanently live. If not check the fuse it's fed from. Unfortunately individual fuses are not numbered on diagram but it's a 15 amp one second up from bottom on right hand row above. Check also the feeds out of switch to side light (red/green) and headlamps via dip/main switch (probably blue). Note the lights are fused after the switch but via five or six fuses as sidelights and headlamp filaments are fused individually, so unlikely to be the issue.

As can be traced the headlamp flash switch is fed unfused directly from ignition switch which may explain why it's working. Is this via normal stalk operation though?

I know you said indicators failed as well but they also have separate fused feeds. A possibility would be stalk failure but sidelights should work independently.
