As the list price before VAT for the manual is £58,329.17 at $1.33 equates to $77.6k. So if they are listing them at $74.5k before shipping and taxes, they don't appear to being subsidised by the European sales prices, subject of course to the basic specification of the car which may differ from the European spec.
Also the £ exchange rate has recently strengthened in the last few weeks, although falling back a t the moment the $74.5k would equate to the UK manual pre VAT price of £58.3k with an exchange rate of $1.277 which may have been the prevailing rate at the time they fixed the US sales price and if any sense they would have fixed forward exchange contracts at. If that is the case then they may not be subsidising the US sales prices.
