I think those may be the best option as they have the touchscreen capability. Unfortunately the "James" model you linked to, is the only one currently out of stock in the UK. Hopefully they will have some in a couple of weeks.
Was the James the best option for driving? They seem to have several models and it's hard to tell which is best. I think to grip a wheel (and use other switches etc) we need the right balance - warmth but also thin/responsive.
