Unsure if you are saying they are expensive ? . They are nice and in truth only a few fills of Starbucky coffee at their prices.
We have 13 coffee shops/places to have coffee in our 500 metre high street ( with a bit of licence as 4 are a few yards off the main road).

McDees coffee is about the only thing I buy from them . It was a pound last year, now £1.29 or £1.39 but I like the taste. Pret in Gatwick recently was £4.95 I think. Paid less to travel to one way to Trieste Ho Ho !! MM
