You hide your disappointment well, wow things have changed since I last did the tour of Dublin about 20 odd years ago .I'd be pissed off with just audio visuals, one of the attractions of the book of Kells was they turned a page a day, so something different each time you went in.......A library empty of books, that must have rocked your boat so to speak.....bare shelfs.
I'll not recommend them to anyone else.....a bit late for my next door neighbour she was over there last weekend for a concert, in Dublin for the first time....I hope the Guinness and the pub 'craic ' was decent to compensate and blur her recollection of the rest.
