I don't know your car and maybe the clutch is cable operated. If hydraulic, you could always use a remote servo mounted anywhere.

People have mentioned removing the clutch return spring, I've yet to investigate further, trouble is you get a muscle memory ache for quite some time after and now I've found that side of the seat cushion becomes uncomfortable before too long. Time will tell.

One thing I will say in the Morgan's favour and very reassuringly the water temp stayed amazingly cool under the circumstances and the heater was switched to cold as it was quite a warm/hot day.

John, not difficult to remove the clutch pedal spring, you can even ease it off with some mole grips for a 'test' (brake shown but just to show how it hooks over the back)
