It will be a constant struggle. As the aluminum wears the sound will get worse. That belt is rated for about 100,000 miles on a soft-tail Harley. It's wicked strong. The aluminum sprocket will get eaten and the first symptom will be an excess of black powder in the rear hardware. That is aluminum. It's a long haul thing. Enjoy the ride anyway!
