If mine was just a summer toy, then I'd go for a pair of ally bomber seats. However, I do like the comfort of heated seats in the winter!

It's alwasy worth looking for local trimmers, they are usually far cheaper than the 'Morgan' branded ones, and just as good.

My seats front and back with heated panels was about £750 all in.
