We have since taken on another whose previous owner died, was thrown out on the street by his landlord and was feral for a while, then in an outside pen at a rescue for 18 months, but is now a cosy house cat again.
Not a nice landlord.
My mum had a cat, the main reason she didn't want to move into a nursing home was the cat. Mum died two months ago and I now have her cat along with the three others so now 4. I am having to spread my love around and they are not getting on but they all deserve a home.
