Certainly sounds like worth trying by those of us who haven't eaten our spinach. But thinking back to my A-Level Physics (in the "black & white era"), wouldn't it take a hurculean effort with the pumping hand to get to the necessary pressure to raise the wheel/tyre ??
Surprising no, I've used these to hang sold core fire doors weighing 60+ kg, easy peasy once the pouch is under you can even use your boot to pump it up leaving both hands free for alignment
I find with the 5 stud wheels the trick is to turn the hub so top stud is at 12 o'clock, rotate & line the wheel up to this whilst still on the floor - lift and pop on, usually works first time
