The "Off Set" steering wheel
is round, but the center where the boss fits to is Not in the center (if that makes sense?
It's only out by about an inch but that makes a surprisingly big difference.
Its like, (when it pointing directly ahead) having the leg room of a 13" steering wheel on a 14" wheel.
You don't notice the "off set" while driving though, I love mine.
Just don't try getting out if you've not parked straight though
