I have used some neoprene D section self adhesive strips in a couple of places to reduce draughts. Still experimenting though. The worst places are near the door catches/locks and at the top of the sidescreen, particularly at speed.
Two things worth checking are
Is the sidescreen sitting correctly on the screwed fixings?
Is the seal onto the windscreen top ok? It is channelled rubber and can come unstuck/ deformed. Use some impact adhesive to refit it. Mine have had the very ends refitted once over nearly 3 years.
