Almost certainly "no". Furthermore, you now know the dealer cannot apply decals in any quality way... so asking them to have another go is not likely to end well (if they were contrite they would already have offered to get it done). I don't think Morgan will rectify any dealer work. I would see if the dealer would supply you with a new decal kit as replacement for you to get installed by a specialist at your own cost. Likely you will have to walk away as "lesson learnt"...
